"DEER CARE"
This deer family lives around my home and I see them almost daily. They race across the hillside kicking up their heels until they are huffing and puffing with tongues sticking out then saunter over to the birdbath for a drink. On hot days they sleep under the lilacs and in the winter, share bird seed with the winged ones. Watching the doe successfully raise these two fawns has been a joy. Now they are grown up and have had to move on to make room for new brothers and sisters next June.
