Q: Why can't I log in?
A: To gain access, subscribe to my newsletter. The link to set up access is in the newsletter. If you can't wait for a newsletter, contact for set up.
Q: Where is the information about the painting or print?
A: Select an image to see it larger, in that window on the right side below quantity you will see the word "description" click on the plus sign to the right of it and the information will drop open.
Q: Where is the checkout button?
A: If the artwork description has been opened, the check out button will be at the bottom of that column.
Q: How do I see more details in an artwork?
A: In the gallery, click on an image so it opens into its own window. Double click on the image and it will open in its own window. To zoom in on a mac laptop spread your fingers out across the touch pad as you would to enlarge an image on a phone, or click on "command" and the + plus key. To shrink it back down click "Command" and the - minus key.
Q: Why are some paintings not signed?
A: In the past, I occasionally didn't sign the front of a painting because I felt it would interfere with the image. All paintings are signed on the back.
