Return Policy If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 days to the shipping address. In order to receive a full reimbursement of your money, the return postage must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. If the item(s) are returned within this timeframe in the same condition as when shipped, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (return postage will not be refunded). What if My Artwork Arrives Damaged? If the package is received damaged, immediately photograph the package as it was received as well as the item itself. Email the photos to budreauartnaturally@gmail.com along with a description of what is damaged. Your material will be reviewed and if it is determined that there was indeed a problem during shipping, your item will be replaced with no questions asked. If the damaged package is not reported to Mairi Budreau Art and the shipper within 2 days of receiving it, the cost of damages will not be honoured. |
