Shipping and Packaging I personally guarantee that my artworks will be packaged sufficiently so that damage is prevented as much as possible during transit. I package all of my original artworks and prints myself in my studio with acid free materials. I then box them into custom-made boxes. All original paintings are insured so that in the event of something happening to your painting in transit, I will either refund your entire purchase, or work with you to paint you a brand new painting! I have shipped many original artworks over the years and I have yet to have this become an issue. Orders for original paintings are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Handling time for prints can vary because each is printed on demand. Freight charges are determined by weight and destination, and are based on the courier or postal carriers rate at the time of shipment. The customer chooses the shipping rate and speed and any delays are the responsibility of the shipper. You will receive an email notifying that your purchase has been shipped. |
