This was one many mergansers that drew alongside the canoe. He was so close it felt special, like a gift. This little painting began as a demonstration at an art event and I had no intention of finishing it, but it demanded completion.

Printed on Fine Art Bamboo paper. Crisp detail along with unmatched colour.
